General Information
SPA ARRIVAL
We encourage you to arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. Your service will end accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed.
DRESS
Bathing suits are required for the outdoor Shower and Garden Jacuzzi. When you check in you will receive robe, slippers and a locker for your personal belongings. Please do not bring valuables to the spa as we do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
RESERVATIONS
We recommend that you make your spa reservations well in advance of your arrival. Reservations can be made by calling the Spa Reception Desk at 831.372.1829. A credit card is required to secure your appointment. If you have any special physical or medical considerations, please notify the spa, so that we can best prepare for your treatment. CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
Because your spa appointments are reserved specifically for you, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations and changes. Late cancellations will result in a full charge.
Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, so as not to inconvenience other spa guests.

SANO SPA GROUP EVENTS
Groups of six or more are invited to spend a relaxing day at the spa, enjoying your choice of spa services. Catered lunch is available. Great for bridal or baby showers, birthdays, bachelorettes, or just a relaxing get together. Call us at 831.375.2411 for assistance in planning your special event.
GENDER PREFERENCE
If you have a preference for a specific gender to perform your treatment, please advise us at the time of your booking.
AGE
Guest must be 18 and over to use spa facilities. 16 and over may receive massages and body treatments with parental consent. 13 and over may receive facials, waxing and airbrush tanning services with parental consent.
CELL PHONES
Out of respect for other guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off before entering the spa.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities for spa employees are not included in treatment prices and may be added at the time of check out, at your own discretion. If pleased with your service, a standard gratuity is 20%.

Sano Spa Gift Cards are available to purchase for any special occasion. Whether for an anniversary, birthday or holiday gift, a congratulations or thank you gift, what better way to say you care than with a gift from Sano Spa.
